Built on Craftsmanship, Communication, and Local Pride.
Founded by Brielle and Phil, B&P Painting is built on pride in workmanship, transparency, and being present on every job—not managing from a distance.
B&P Painting is owner operated, with Phil working on-site alongside the crew—not managing projects from a distance.
How B&P Painting Was Built
B&P Painting was founded by Brielle and Phil after years of painting throughout Kitsap County, Jefferson County, and surrounding areas. Through that experience, they saw firsthand how often homeowners
were left dealing with poor communication, rushed work, and inconsistent results.
B&P was built to be different. From the beginning, the focus has been on transparency, fine-finish craftsmanship, and showing up with pride in the work. Every project is approached with the same mindset: clear expectations, careful execution, and results that hold up over time.
Clear Communication
We believe great projects start with transparency.
From scheduling to final walkthrough, we communicate clearly so you always know what
to expect and where your project stands.
Fine-Finish Craftsmanship
Our work is detail driven. From clean lines to consistent finishes, we focus on the small things that elevate the final result and ensure your paint work holds up over time.
Clean, Organized Job Sites
We treat your home with respect. Our crew maintains clean, organized work areas and takes care to protect your space throughout the project.
Done Right the First Time
We don’t rush through jobs or rely on callbacks to fix avoidable issues. Our process is built around doing the work properly from the start, so the final result meets expectations the first time.
We live and work in the areas we serve, and we approach every
project with the care and accountability that comes from building a local reputation.
communication, attention to detail, and results that homeowners can feel confident in long after the job is complete.
